TUIs reiseapp gjør ferien enklere og tryggere.
Du har all informasjon om reisen samlet på ett sted, i TUI-appen i din mobil.
I appen kan du komme i kontakt med guidene døgnet rundt, både før og i løpet av ferien.
Her er det informasjon og tips om severdigheter, restauranter og aktiviteter.
Du kan velge mellom alt fra snorkelutflukter til byrundturer som du bestiller med noen få klikk.
Dine fly- og transfertider finner du også i reiseappen.Her er noen av reiseappens funksjoner:- Kontakt med guidene hele døgnet, både før og i løpet av ferien- Velg mellom aktiviteter og opplevelser som passer deg.

Du sender melding via Spør guidene i appen og får svar i løpet av kort tid.
Du kan nå guidene via appen i planleggingsfasen – allerede dagen etter at reisen er bestilt.
I appen får du også serviceinformasjon og andre viktige meldinger i løpet av ferien.

Velg blant mange opplevelser, bestill direkte i appen og se detaljer som tid og sted for henting.
Transferinformasjon Hvis du har bestilt busstransfer, finner du all informasjon i appen, som bussnummer og hvor den er parkert når du lander.
Det samme gjelder for hjemreisen, du får melding om tid og sted for henting og transport til flyplassen.

Skriv bare inn bestillingsnummeret og mobilnummeret eller e-postadressen du oppga ved bestilling.På de fleste av våre reiser er det mulig å bruke TUI-appen, men det er noen typer reiser hvor du ennå ikke har tilgang til appen, dette gjelder kun flyreiser (én vei) og cruise.

Order and pay easily in the app Contact the TUI guides around the clock Via the TUI app, you can get in touch with the guides every day, around the clock.
You send a message via Ask the guides in the app and get an answer in a short time.
You can reach the guides via the app in the planning phase - already the day after the trip has been booked.
In the app you also get service information and other important messages during the holiday.
Book TUIs activities and experiences Experience more on holiday by booking an activity or excursion.
Choose from many experiences, order directly in the app and see details such as time and place for collection.
Transfer Information If you have booked a bus transfer, you will find all the information in the app, such as the bus number and where it is parked when you land.
The same applies to the return journey, you will be notified of the time and place for collection and transport to the airport.
Planning Your Vacation In the app you can follow the countdown to departure.
You can also follow the weather forecast for your destination.
You can also read about sights, beaches, shopping and restaurants at your destination.
Order Options In our travel app, you can book tax-free and upgrade your flight, choose a seat, book extra legroom and extra luggage weight (applies to some flights).
Search for and book a trip We have over a hundred destinations all over the world, from beaches in Thailand and the Canary Islands to big cities like Rome and Barcelona.
You can book a charter trip, flight, hotel, excursions, activities and tickets in the travel app.
Add your booking to the travel app Once you have booked a trip, you can place your booking in the app.
Just enter the order number and the mobile number or e-mail address you provided when ordering.On most of our trips it is possible to use the TUI app, but there are some types of trips where you do not yet have access to the app, this only applies to flights (one way) and cruises.
